Thanks for your comments.

I can relate to dreaming about places I&#039;d rather be than at work! Meditating helps me to visualize better because my mind settles down. 

You might be interested in Eckhart Tolle&#039;s The Power of Now. Being present helps me worry less, but I&#039;ve found visualizing what I want helps me get it. There are entire schools of thought on that alone!</description>

		<description>Good points - I personally dont meditate - but exercise and eating properly definitely helps.  Ive not heard of Tolle - but I only survive dull, stressful jobs by being an expert at being &quot;anywhere but in the present&quot;! I don&#039;t worry about the past or future - but I daydream where  I want to be - be it a travel destination or my current make money online schemes.  Ive always daydreamed since I was a kid and as an adult its a way of trying out an idea to see if I really like it and visualizing success.</description>
