But What Now?

Tick tick tick… here it is August 2007. As of today I have 510 days left until I can possibly retire. There are days I wonder if I can make it until the end of 2008 and others I really know that the time is passing, as it always does. I try not to worry about money, because I think I have planned well. I may have to work, but retirement brings choices I do not have now. For the first time in many, many years I will be in a position to actually choose what I want to do as opposed to being assigned jobs I really dislike.

It’s very exciting! As I get closer, I wonder what’s next, hence the name of this website, but what now? I really want to hear from others who are getting close to retirement and who are already retired. What are you doing? What are your dreams? Are you living them? Are you feeling stuck? Are you feeling excited about retirement?
